Payment Terms

Payment terms:

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a spot.

Deposits are non-refundable with the exception that another attendee is found and assigned by the original attendee.
Full balance due 8 weeks before the start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Terms

For cancellation requests submitted before 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less the deposit) will be refunded.
Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds are given.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

Las Hermanas Retreats are small intimate retreats. We understand that no one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.

Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
